Here's how to begin telemedicine consultations for your veterinary hospital:

Are you already submitting telemedicine cases via Dark Horse Medical or using Sound Technologies equipment?  Then Click Here.  Everyone else please continue below.

1.   Please submit the information on the form below to Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging of Auburn.

2.  Go to DVMInsight.com or call call Lindsey at 858-634-5430 to sign your clinic up for a web portal.  You will need to do this even if you currently send images via Dark Horse, Sound Technologies, IDEXX or any other webportal.  This will not effect your clinic's ability to send images to other readers.

3.  You will receive a unique username and passcode to access a secure website through which you will submit images and information about your case.  There is a one-time registration fee of $10 which will be deducted from your first case read by Dr. Beard. 

4.  Once you are signed up with DVMInsight, you can submit imaging cases and choose Dr. Debra Beard as your designated radiologist.

5.  After you receive your consultation report for a submitted case, we will send an invoice to you via e-mail.  The invoice will have an embedded link to PayPal (a secure website for sending online payments); you can then click on the PayPal button and input your credit card information for payment.  Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging of Auburn will not have access to your credit card info.
